If you reside outside Tunisia or you prefer to send your hard drive by Rapid Poste please follow these steps:

1. Complete this form before sending us your storage media.
2. Print a copy and attach it to the package that will contain the media.
3. Pack your storage media carefully (as if you were packing an egg).
4.  Send the disc to the following address:

5. Once you get the tracking number for your package, please email it to us.

NB: Please use a carrier that provides online tracking (Express Mail, FedEX, DHL, UPS …)
